Sometimes I can spend as many hours at this stage as I did in the painting itself.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp class=\"sqsrte-small\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eI had a bit of an off topic moment where I really wanted to paint this creepy looking angler fish I had in my head. Once I did this and took to social media with the finished piece, a dialog and story started to tell itself in the comments… things like “Creepy Frank was lonely… “ and “Creepy Frank doesn’t like it when you call him creepy”..
